This class is ideal for more experienced children looking to develop their unique style through discussion and understanding of different techniques.

Children will learn traditional drawing techniques based on academic drawing teachings. If the child is more into drawing and creating their own stories, the illustration class will be better suited for them.

They will be guided step by step to achieving a complete drawing. Children learn "how to see", how to observe forms, tones, textures, proportions, perspective and colour to be able to express themselves through mark making, to create something unique.

The main materials that we'll use are: pencil, charcoal, liner, colour pencils, soft pastels and watercolour.

Although we provide the material, the children will be encouraged to bring their own sketchbook to create better drawing practices and see their own progress.

Students will be encouraged to discuss their work and the techniques used at the end of the session.
